Our Pembroke, MA team is proud to offer a full suite of personalized mental health services, including therapy, psychiatry, medication management, TMS therapy, and Spravato®. We offer in-person services as well as convenient telehealth options and we are in network with most insurance plans.
Our clinical team includes licensed and unlicensed therapists, board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinical support team members who provide services to children, adolescents, and adults.

If you’re coming from the north, drive south on MA-3 and take exit 12 for MA-139 toward Hanover/Pembroke. After the exit, turn left onto MA-139 E/Church Street. Continue to follow MA-139 E for about 5 miles. On your right, you’ll pass several landmarks, including the Pembroke Public Library. Watch for Winter Street on your left shortly after you see the library.
Those coming from the south will find it just as straightforward. If you’re driving north on MA-3, you will take exit 12 for MA-139 just as if coming from the north, but you’ll turn right onto MA-139 E/Church Street toward Pembroke instead of left. After that, the directions are the same: continue along MA-139 E, pass the Pembroke Public Library, and then make a left onto Winter Street not long after. Our clinic is on the right side of the street.
