Master’s Level Clinician
I am a clinician at our Boston – Government Center clinic who provides therapy services!
An ideal client might be someone who comes seeking help for issues concerning life transitions, grief, trauma, anxiety, and/or identity. They want to create new strategies on how to handle stressful situations, and change their inner narrative about themselves and the issues they face. They would be someone who is motivated and willing to engage in introspection and collaboration. They would also be willing to take accountability for their choices and actions as well as actively move towards their goals.
I engage in a person-centered, integrative approach to therapy, combining techniques from Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, Narrative, mindfulness practices, and art therapies. I strive to meet people with curiosity, respect, and flexibility to co-create a path toward growth and healing that feels both affirming and sustainable.
Therapy can be really intimidating whether it’s your 1st session or 100th. My goal is to help ease that feeling by creating a safe and judgment free environment. As a mixed, queer woman, I understand how important it is to be seen, heard, and validated. My background helps me attune to power dynamics and systemic factors that often affect mental health, especially for clients from underrepresented or stigmatized communities. Rather than assuming, I’m committed to listening, learning, and co-creating a space where clients can safely explore who they are.
