Intern
I am an Intern at our Woburn clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal clients are individuals navigating the complexities of trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction recovery. Many have experienced life transitions, relational challenges, or the lingering effects of early family dynamics. They seek greater emotional balance, self-understanding, and healthier relationships. My clients want practical tools to manage overwhelming feelings, as well as a deeper capacity for self-compassion. They often yearn to feel more grounded, connected to themselves, and at peace with their past — so they can move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their values.
I integrate mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and 12-step recovery to support healing from trauma. My approach is both evidence-based and compassionate, where clients can explore their inner world. With over 15 years of meditation practice and training in IFS, I work collaboratively to help clients access their own inner wisdom and strengths.
As a South Asian immigrant, a mother, and someone who has walked my own path of personal healing, I understand the courage it takes to seek support. I honor the diverse cultural, spiritual, and personal contexts my clients bring into our work together. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique story.
