Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I’m a licensed therapist at our Billerica, MA clinic who specializes in working with adults dealing with mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD and personality disorders. I employ a range of modalities including solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy as well as acceptance and commitment therapy

We’ll create a safe space to discuss challenges that are an impediments to your life and making things more difficult. DBT will allow space to explore ways of tolerating distress and being more mindful while CBT will give us a chance to examine the thoughts, feelings that may be leading to problematic behaviors.
