I am a counselor at our Newton, MA clinic who provides therapy services!

I believe in the Power of Language. When spoken and heard with empathy, language becomes a bridge—from pain to healing, from isolation to connection, from uncertainty to growth. I invite you to bring your story, just as it is, into a space where you will be met with compassion and understanding. Taking this first step is not always easy, but you don’t have to walk it alone—we will walk it together.
In addition to my clinical practice, I am pursuing doctoral education in psychoanalysis, which deepens my ability to help clients explore underlying patterns and gain new insights.

I offer a supportive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach that empowers clients to work toward their goals and enhance their overall well-being. My extensive experience in various professional industries also allows me to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds and life stages.

My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families who may be facing a range of personal or relational challenges, yet remain motivated to make positive changes and committed to the therapeutic process. Together, we can create meaningful shifts that foster resilience, growth, and a more fulfilling quality of life.
