I am a Clinic Director at our Plymouth clinic. My philosophy is that the struggles of every day life are difficult for all and everyone deserves a space to feel supported in navigating how to handle them best. With a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy I have spent the last 10 years focusing mainly on the treatment of adolescents and adults with mood, eating disorders, and substances use disorders. I have a passion for working with couples and families in addition to individuals ages 10 through adulthood. I take a humanistic approach to counseling taking from evidenced based treatment modalities including CBT, ACT, DBT, and Mindfulness based practices.
As a clinic director, I aspire to ensure the best care possible for all clients being seen in the Plymouth clinic while providing supervision to clinicians and supporting clients to get their needs met in the way that is best suited for them as individuals. I am truly passionate about mental health care and love my work as a clinician and director here at NEHS.
