Mental Health Counselor

I am a clinician at our Fall River clinic who provides therapy services!

I work with children, creating a warm, supportive space where they can feel comfortable being themselves. I primarily use CBT and play therapy, while drawing from different evidence-based approaches to meet each child’s unique needs, personality, and goals. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, especially when working with children, so I meet each child where they are and move at their pace.

Therapy with children can look different from day to day. Sometimes we talk, sometimes we play, sometimes we practice new skills, and sometimes we simply take time to figure things out together. My goal is to make therapy feel approachable, engaging, and low-pressure while helping children better understand their thoughts and feelings, navigate challenges, build coping skills, and develop confidence in themselves.

I believe children do best when they feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are. I strive to create a space where kids can be themselves without judgment, explore difficult feelings at their own pace, and know that they have someone in their corner. My work is focused directly on the child, giving them a space that is theirs to talk, play, learn, and grow.
