Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Hello there, my name is Sam and I provide therapy services at our Fitchburg, MA clinic.

I have my Master’s Degree in Social Work and am an Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I am dedicated to helping individuals of all ages, heal from trauma and adverse life experiences with compassion, authenticity, and respect. I believe that every person’s story deserves to be heard and honored. I create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel validated, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey. My goal is to help each person reconnect with their inner strength and discover that healing is not only possible but deeply empowering.

My passion is equine-assisted psychotherapy and have witnessed the unique and powerful ways horses can foster emotional awareness, trust, and confidence. By incorporating the intuitive nature of horses into the therapeutic process, I offer a model that extends beyond traditional therapy and opens new pathways for growth, self-compassion, and healing.

My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, self-discovery, and recognizing each person’s inherent strengths. I work collaboratively with clients to help them process difficult experiences, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.
