Rose Geiger, MSW

Master of Social Work

Hello, and welcome. My name is Rose (she/her), and I provide therapy services at our Foxborough, MA clinic.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are. I have experience across the entire behavioral health continuum. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing addiction, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, family/relationship struggles, and major life transitions. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, drawing from person-centered and evidence-based practices to meet your unique needs. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your skills, and feel supported as we navigate challenges together.

I approach therapy through an integrative lens, recognizing that healing looks different for every person. I hold space for the reality that you don’t have to fundamentally change who you are in order to belong in our world. I provide both the structure needed to build actionable tools to progress toward change, and the space needed for deeper reflection.

You do not have to navigate life alone. I know that asking for help often requires tremendous courage. My aim is to empower you to move toward the life you want to create while staying connected to what feels authentic to you. Wherever you are right now, I look forward to helping you bridge the gap between who you are today and who you are becoming.
