Master of Social Work

I am Riley McGrath. I offer therapy services at our Taunton clinic.

I am an masters level social worker that graduated in the spring of 2026. My past job experience has included shelter case management, mental health community case management, working in a young adult center and as an outpatient therapy intern.

I enjoy using a solutions focused framework while also teaching DBT skills. My lived experience allows me to step into my clients shoes and empathize with their experience. I enjoy finding unique activities to do in session

I look forward to working with clients across the lifespan but am most passionate about working with kids, young adults and the LGBTQIA2+ community

I enjoy creating a safe and supportive space where my clients can explore the stressors they are currently facing. I use many different activities like games and worksheets to engage with my clients and am always open to trying new things. I also like to find ways to incorporate a clients passions and hobbies into the therapeutic work

My therapeutic style is very authentic and down-to-earth. My lived experience helps me be my most authentic self, which is reflected in my work. I take my time to build rapport and getting to know my clients. I am very passionate about the work I do and enjoy helping my clients learn skills in the work we do together.
