Welcome! I’m glad that you’re here. Whether it’s challenges with anxiety, relationships, major life changes, addiction, or body image issues, I’d be honored to partner with you in your healing journey. I work with adults of all ages and create a warm, safe, judgement-free space. I offer therapy services at our Billerica, MA clinic.

I’m an LICSW with a background in chronic illness. I employ a holistic approach incorporating mindfulness, self-compassion techniques, DBT skills, and more. Keeping a strengths-based perspective, I help clients tap into their inner strength and guidance, find relief from their suffering, and achieve their goals.
