I have significant experience helping teens and young adults cope with depression, anxiety, grief, transition and other developmental challenges. My focus areas of counseling include; anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, panic, social and phobias), issues related to self-esteem, stress-management and the impact family and relationships have on psychological health.
I see therapy as a place to practice courage and honesty, with the goal of creating more joy, self worth, self confidence and inner peace in one’s life.
