I am Patrick Bivona and I could not be happier to meet you! I provide therapy services at our Orleans clinic.

Not everyone goes through life and comes to therapy the same way. As a licensed therapist, my goal is to meet you where you are at; considering your strengths and experiences to build a rapport where we will uncover what matters most – together! I have extensive experience working with children, teens and adults. There is nothing more valuable than your trust and input during this journey. I have spent my life coaching, mentoring and listening to people’s needs – and more importantly, helping them work towards achieving the goals we set.

As we work together, you will find my favorite part is engaging with you; discovering who you are right now. I love discovering the right coping skills to manage your emotions as much as what you are passionate about. I have had much success with children and teenagers; finding common interests during intake and throughout the process.

I didn’t take a traditional journey towards counseling; having worked in the Business world for years. I started with Big Brothers/Big Sisters; then achieved my Master’s in Social Work. I draw on my training and life experiences to provide a unique perspective. I’m here to help you create a realistic, achievable path to success – let’s get started!
