Intern
I am an intern at our Marlborough clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal client is someone experiencing anxiety, stress, or life transitions, such as career changes, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to new environments. They may struggle with self-doubt, emotional regulation, or navigating personal or professional challenges. They seek a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and gain insight into their experiences. Their goal is to build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and feel more in control of their lives.
As a Mental Health Counseling Intern, I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions, challenges, and personal growth. My approach is client-centered, meaning I tailor my support to each individual’s unique needs. I focus on active listening, empathy, and helping clients gain insight into their experiences. I also integrate techniques from various counseling theories to assist with issues such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
I understand that seeking help can feel like a big step, and I want to assure you that you are not alone in your journey. My goal is to walk alongside you in a non-judgmental, compassionate way, and to provide a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. Whether you are facing anxiety, navigating life transitions, or simply seeking a better understanding of yourself, I am here to listen and offer support. I believe that everyone has the strength within themselves to grow and overcome challenges, and I am committed to helping you discover that strength. If you’re ready to take the next step, I encourage you to reach out. Together, we can work toward building the life and well-being you deserve.
