Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Hello, I’m Mahnoor Wajid. I provide therapy services at our Watertown clinic.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master’s degree in Psychology. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. My clinical experience includes mental health, behavioral health, and substance use treatment settings. I use a person-centered, integrative approach and strive to provide culturally responsive care where clients feel safe, respected, and understood.
Using a person-centered, integrative approach, I provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed care tailored to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. My aim is to create a collaborative and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.
Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. I look forward to supporting you as you build resilience, discover your strengths, and work toward meaningful change.
