Mental Health Counselor
My name is Nicole I am a master’s-level clinician currently working toward licensure. I offer therapy services at our Foxborough clinic.
My background includes working with adults who are experiencing substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and mood disorders. I believe effective treatment honors each individual’s lived experience while building practical tools for coping, self-awareness, and long-term change. I have mainly worked with adults and I like to think I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, identities, and cultures. I would be honored to support you and help you heal.
My work focuses on helping clients better understand while developing healthier ways of coping. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT-informed skills, and attachment-focused interventions to support emotional regulation.
Therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you have been carrying a lot on your own. Therapy is a process, and we move at a pace that feels safe and respectful for you. Whether you are navigating substance use, mental health concerns, or both. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, I invite you to reach out.
