Nicole Brodie, MA

Mental Health Counselor

Hello, I’m Nicole and I am a Master’s Level Clinician at our Auburn clinic providing therapy services to adults.
I work with people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward—whether that shows up as anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship stress, grief, caregiving strain, or navigating major life changes. Some clients come in wanting space to talk things through out loud for the first time in a safe setting, while others are looking to better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My style is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental.

In therapy, I focus on creating a space that feels grounded, respectful, and real. I believe people already carry strengths and insight within them, and our work is about helping bring that forward in a way that feels manageable and authentic. Sessions are collaborative, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.

I value the therapeutic relationship as the foundation of meaningful change, and I may draw from a range of approaches depending on what is most helpful for you in the moment. I am passionate about supporting people as they make sense of what they are going through and move toward greater clarity, balance, and self-understanding.
