I am a counselor at our Attleboro clinic who provides therapy services!

Clients who struggle with bi polar disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, generalized anxiety, grief and loss are all welcome to receive quality care while navigating life stressors and barriers to treatment. Assisting with problem solving, skill building and self esteem is important to helping find replacement thoughts and behaviors to navigate life changes. I would like to have that opportunity to help assist in your daily functioning and increase in individual focus.

I offer a variety of specialties ranging from anger management, Dialectal behavioral theory, play therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy. I use motivational interviewing as well to assist in finding the right tools for the client. I match the specialty to the needs of the client.

Empathy and compassion are staples as well as cultural competency and knowledge to assist I. Finding the right interventions to fit each individual client. Care and respect are vital to the helping relationship. I would love to connect you with a stronger sense of self.
