Mental Health Counselor

I am a mental health counselor at the Harvard Square clinic providing in person and telehealth therapeutic services.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a supportive and affirming space to explore their experiences, cultivate personal growth, and strengthen resilience. My clinical interests and experience are centered on working with adolescents and young adults struggling with chronic mood disorders, suicidality, transition-related stressors, and overall identity development.

I have worked in schools, private practices, partial hospitalization programs, and multidisciplinary settings alongside legal and advocacy systems to support adolescents, young adults, and families. I strive to offer care that is holistic, empowering, and attuned to the complex intersections of culture, identity, and mental health.

My approach to counseling is integrative and humanistic, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and narrative therapy. I am especially passionate about reducing barriers to care, and supporting clients in cultivating meaningful, self-directed lives.
