My ideal client is an individual, couple, or family who is seeking support and is ready to engage in the therapeutic process. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps, but they are open to exploring their challenges and building a strong therapeutic relationship. Their goal is to better understand themselves and their loved ones, develop healthier ways to cope, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether they are struggling with intense emotions, relationship difficulties, or life’s uncertainties, their willingness to show up and do the work is what makes all the difference.
I work with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning differences, disabilities, self-harm, suicidality, relationship conflicts, parenting struggles, life transitions, grief, and stress management. I also support those navigating identity development, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, and the complexities of family dynamics. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping clients build self-awareness, emotional attunement, and practical coping strategies tailored to their needs. Using evidence-based techniques, I strive to create a supportive, empowering space where clients can foster resilience, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
