This work outside of sessions helps to reinforce progress, build new habits, and deepen understanding. Whether it’s journaling, practicing mindfulness, setting goals, or challenging negative thought patterns, these actions are vital in creating lasting change. The work you do between sessions is essential for building the skills and resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges more effectively and to achieve your long-term well-being.
