Clinical Mental Health Counselor
I am a clinician at our Plymouth clinic who provides therapy services!
As a therapist, I strive to work with individuals of diverse life experiences seeking to make meaningful changes in their lives. I embrace clients who are working through a variety of issues, including: overwhelming anxiety, fear, or depression; feeling hopeless, lost, or unmotivated; interpersonal conflicts; issues related to gender/sexual identities; issues of discrimination/marginalization; the effects of trauma, grief, and loss; unanticipated life changes; and much more. I work collaboratively with clients to fully understand their problems, and work together to find a path forward that meets their unique needs and goals.
At the core of my work, I provide person-centered care for all of my clients, using a lens of cultural humility, and incorporating strengths-based and trauma-informed principles. I additionally specialize in providing affirming care to members of the LGBTGEQIAP+ population, working with ADHD clients, and musicians navigating performance-related issues.
I first reached out to a therapist when I was twenty-three years old, and to date it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Learning to become “unstuck” from my problems changed my life forever. My commitment to all of my clients is to provide the highest levels of care so that they too can live a life rooted in wellness, meaning, and fulfillment.
