Mental Health Counselor

I am a clinician at our Chelsea clinic who offers therapy services!

I believe each individual is the expert in their own life, and that each person already carries the strength that helps them face difficult times. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe space for clients to recognize those strengths and reconnect with their sense of power. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and open space to work together and rediscover those abilities, learn new skills, and navigate life’s challenges. Throughout my work, I have supported individuals across the lifespan. I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life stressors, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, cultural adjustments, and work challenges.

As a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking clinician, I’m especially passionate about supporting people as they navigate cultural adjustments, identity, and the challenges of finding a sense of belonging in a new environment. I understand that balancing different cultures, languages, expectations, and experiences can sometimes feel overwhelming, and I want to provide a space where clients feel understood and supported.

I work alongside clients to understand their experiences, identify their goals, and find approaches that feel meaningful and realistic for each person. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, person-centered therapy, and play/expressive therapy. My hope is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, recognize their strengths, and feel empowered to create the life they want.
