Hi, I’m Lonah. I’m a clinician at our Worcester, MA clinic who provides therapy services!
I help adults, teens, couples and families navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or relationship issues. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness practices to support lasting emotional growth. I believe therapy is a space for self-discovery and healing—a place to explore your story, develop new skills, and move toward a more balanced and meaningful life. Together, we’ll set goals that feel realistic and aligned with your values.
In our sessions, I’ll offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what change could look like. I integrate mindfulness, CBT, holistic and person-centered care to help you build awareness and resilience.
My goal is to meet you where you are, help you reconnect with your strengths, guide you find your path forward.
I believe healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and supported. Life can feel heavy sometimes whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, or simply feeling stuck and you don’t have to go through it alone. My work focuses on building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthy coping strategies. I provide both in-person and online therapy for clients.
