My ideal client is someone who may be struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, psychosis, or a history of trauma. They could be facing challenges with emotional regulation, impaired functioning in daily life, or comorbidities that complicate their mental health condition. They might also be navigating periods of crisis, such as exacerbations of symptoms or difficulty managing medications, often feeling disconnected from themselves or their environment.
