Clinical Mental Health Counselor
I am a clinician at our Lowell clinic who provides therapy services!
I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults navigating issues related to gender identity, sexual orientation, and broader LGBTQIA+ experiences. Many people are also coping with anxiety, depression, identity confusion, relationship challenges, grief and loss, low self-worth, or a history of trauma — often shaped by past rejection, discrimination, or internalized shame. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are.
I support clients in building self-acceptance, emotional resilience, and effective coping strategies to manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings. Together, we work toward deepening self-understanding, strengthening relationships, and creating a life that feels more grounded and authentic.
I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, particularly those exploring issues around gender, sexuality, identity, and the impact of stigma or past trauma. I offer a supportive, affirming space where clients can safely unpack complex emotions and experiences without fear of judgment or needing to educate their therapist.
My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative, blending evidence-based practices with a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I help clients build insight, regulate emotions, and develop tools to manage anxiety, depression, and social stressors. What I offer is not just a space to talk, it’s a space to be fully seen, heard, and supported as you work toward greater self-acceptance, emotional balance, and meaningful change.
I want my clients to know that I truly understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support, especially if you’ve spent much of your life feeling unseen, misunderstood, or judged. I don’t take that trust lightly.
I bring not only professional training but also deep empathy, warmth, and a genuine commitment to holding space for the full complexity of who you are. Whether you’re questioning aspects of your identity, navigating difficult relationships, or just trying to get through the day, you’re not alone in it.
This work is about more than just coping, it’s about finding clarity, reclaiming your voice, and building a life that feels like your own.
