Master of Social Work
I offer therapy services at our Boston Government Center clinic.
I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, domestic violence, migration, and financial hardship. These experiences shaped my belief that people deserve to be considered the experts of their own stories. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person, drawing from evidence-based therapies that help clients understand their thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build on their strengths. If you’re considering therapy, I hope to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to better understand yourself.
I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and major life transitions. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, we’ll build practical coping skills, explore patterns, and work toward lasting change.
I strive to bring warmth, authenticity, and a down-to-earth approach to therapy. I believe healing happens through trust, honesty, and genuine connection. Taking the first is overwhelming and the hardest part. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin, instead we’ll do it together. También ofrezco servicios en español.
