Master of Social Work

Hi, I’m Kayla! I offer therapy services at our Brockton, MA clinic.
I am a social worker who works with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My background includes school-based mental health and adolescent crisis care, supporting clients through both everyday stressors and more complex challenges. As a former college athlete and coach, I understand pressures, identity development, and the expectations. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and relational, focused on creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to build coping skills, insight, and self-trust.
I support children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, school stress, and life transitions. I enjoy working with student-athletes and high-achieving individuals facing pressure to perform. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and collaborative, focused on helping clients feel understood, supported, and more confident in themselves
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to have it all figured out. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and balance
