Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Intern
I offer therapy services at our Plymouth clinic. I am a counselor who believes that meaningful change begins with feeling understood, respected, and supported. My work is grounded in a person-centered and Adlerian approach, which means I view you as the expert in your own life while also helping you explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you see yourself and the world around you. Together, we work to build insight, identify strengths, and develop practical goals that support lasting growth.
I help clients make sense of what feels overwhelming and develop practical, meaningful ways to move forward. My specialty is supporting adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, self-doubt, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially if you are used to handling things on your own. Many people come to therapy feeling unsure, vulnerable, or worried about being judged. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe showing up exactly as you are—without pressure to have everything figured out.
