Welcome! I’m happy you’re here. I’m Jessica, the Clinic Director and a licensed therapist serving individuals in the Cape Cod area in person at our Orleans location, and individuals remotely throughout Massachusetts.

I have experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults both in the school and outpatient setting. My goal is to offer as supportive welcoming space to help you process your current and past life events and reach your therapeutic goals.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered talk therapy, meaningful conversations, and fostering an authentic relationship built on trust and mutual respect. I specialize in working with individuals on improving self-esteem, self-worth, depression, anxiety, understanding/improving relationship dynamics, etc.

I believe a strong therapeutic relationship with a person centered approach is the key for effective therapeutic outcomes.
