Mental Health Counselor

I am a clinician at our Woburn, MA who provides therapy services.
I am a compassionate, relationally oriented therapist who works with adolescents and adults. My background includes community mental health, advocacy, group work, substance use recovery, and trauma-informed care, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I draw from evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches, including mindfulness, narrative, DBT, and somatic practices, while always centering safety, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe therapy works best when it honors the whole person—mind, body, and story.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I can help you slow down and understand what’s underneath. I focus on trauma, stress, and relational patterns, building regulation, insight, and self-trust.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to offer a space that is grounded, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I value authenticity, humor, and deep listening. Wherever you are starting from, I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your path toward healing and growth.
