Master’s Level Social Worker

I am a clinician at our Sudbury clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal clients are adolescents and young adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, academic pressures, family challenges, or struggles with self-esteem, anxiety, or depression. Many feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck, but are motivated to grow, heal, and gain clarity. They seek a supportive, nonjudgmental space to be heard, process emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. These clients may be working on building autonomy, improving their relationships, learning self-advocacy skills, or adjusting to new environments. My goal is to meet my clients where they are and walk alongside them as they discover their strengths and move toward meaningful change.
As a therapist, I offer a supportive and collaborative space where clients are empowered to lead their own healing process. My approach is client-centered and goal-oriented, meaning we work together to identify what matters most to you and build a plan that supports meaningful, realistic growth. I specialize in helping adolescents and young adults develop practical coping strategies they can use in everyday life—whether it’s managing stress, navigating relationships, or handling life transitions. I bring in evidence-based tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and strengths-based practices to help clients feel more confident, in control, and connected to themselves. Your voice and experiences will always guide the work we do together.
I began my journey with a degree in Psychology from Simmons University, where I developed a passion for supporting youth through life’s challenges. I went on to work directly with children and adolescents seeking mental health support, and later returned to Simmons to earn my Master’s in Social Work. I believe in building meaningful, authentic relationships with my clients, rooted in trust, collaboration, and a shared willingness to face discomfort in order to grow. Therapy isn’t always easy, but I’m here to support you every step of the way. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, valued, and heard.
