Indira Dzano, MSW

Social Worker

Hi! My name is Indira! I offer therapy services at our Boston – South End clinic.

As a young adult myself, I understand how transitions into different phases of life can bring an influx of emotions. I aim to help build a compassionate space that allows these emotions to be felt and worked through as these transitions occur, whether it be entering high school, college, and or navigating adulthood. I utilize a strengths-based and person-centered approach, focusing on what matters to you in a therapeutic setting and as different emotions come up. Within our work together, I hope you leave sessions feeling heard, valued, and supported.

I use an individualized approach with those I work with, as everyone experiences life transitions differently. I use narrative therapy, DBT, CBT, and ACT to support clients as they navigate through different life experiences. My focuses a

re on anxiety, depression, life transitions, women’s issues, college mental health, and eating disorders.

I aim to build a collaborative, therapeutic relationship with those I work with, understanding the vulnerability of therapy and that it takes time to build trust. Within our work together, I hope that you find sessions meaningful and supportive. I look forward to working with you on your wellness journey.
