Mental Health Counselor

I am a clinician at our Worcester clinic who provides therapy services!

An eager mental health therapist who is willing to be a listening ear and helping hand to those who are struggling on a day to day basis. I will work with you to ensure your comfortability in seeking services as I am aware it may not be the easiest task to do. I will continue to create a welcoming safe space where there will be no judgement present to further aid your therapeutic journey.

My specialty consists of working collaboratively with client when developing their own treatment goals. Providing guidance through person-centered therapy to ensure the client is an active participant within their treatment. Utilizing CBT to help provide an alternative perspective to challenging thoughts. Specialty in working with adolescents with trauma.

I will be present when you decide to take the first step in reaching your goals. I will provide ongoing support and meet you where you are at, consistently moving at your pace. I will continue to show up for you and with you to get you closer to your goals by seeking peace through effective coping skills. I am thrilled to begin working with you!
