Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Hello potential new client. My name is Gwynne Coupe and I am a licensed mental health counselor in MA and RI. I offer therapy services at our Auburn, MA clinic.

I have been counselor for over 20 years helping people lead their best lives. I feel I’m at my best when i work with children over 8 but with no upper age limit. To me it seems like I have worked in every type of situation from people’s homes, to an outpatient clinic, to a hospital, to prison. I like to work with all types of people.

How can I help you? I have worked with people with all types of concerns, but I have the most experience working with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, behavioral concerns and substance issues. I pull from all types of counseling styles, but primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and solution focused principles

While I cannot give a magic answer to what is concerning you, my person-centered, humorous style can help you on your way to feeling more like yourself. Please don’t be embarrassed to tell me what is going on with you, my office is a judgement free zone. I enjoy working with all kinds of people as they can teach me something too.
