My name is Eric, and I’m a psychotherapist with a deep belief in the power of empathy, compassion, and understanding. In my work, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when dealing with challenges like anxiety and depression, which I have extensive experience helping people navigate. I’m here to walk with you, not to judge or fix you, but to support you as you find your way through difficult emotions, thoughts, and experiences.
I believe that we are all whole, even when we feel broken, and that therapy is not about striving for perfection. It’s about learning to move through the world with the most important asset you have: yourself. You already possess the tools you need to thrive—sometimes, it’s just a matter of rediscovering them, or finding new ways to use them in the face of life’s struggles.
My approach is collaborative. I’m here to listen, understand, and offer guidance, but ultimately, you are the expert in your own life. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are; it’s about helping you become more at home in your own skin, more aligned with your true self, and better equipped to handle the ups and downs that come your way.
