My ideal clients would be adolescent-aged children to middle-aged adults. I would like to be of aid to those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, or trauma. These symptoms may be a product of family tension, the loss of a loved one, academic difficulties, or stress due to balancing daily life.
I provide unconditional positive regard to all of my clients. I believe that a problem, stressor, or hardship is worthy of being discussed and helped, no matter the duration or intensity. From my previous working experience, I believe I can provide aid routed in person-centered and solution-focused therapy techniques to be of aid to symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and ASD. At its foundation, I think therapy is an opportunity for one to be actively listened to and heard without fear of judgment.
I believe in meeting a client where they are and cultivating a treatment plan that will work best for them by being open and adaptive. A therapeutic journey is not always linear, but I strive to be a supportive and listening ear through the challenges my client may face. Something I give great importance to is being genuine to my clients in hopes that they too will feel comfortable to openly and honestly share.
