My ideal client would be someone who is open to self-reflection and willing to engage actively in the therapeutic process. They would be motivated to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with a genuine desire for personal growth and change. Ideal clients are committed to attending sessions regularly and being honest and transparent in our conversations. Mutual respect, trust, and collaboration are key aspects of our therapeutic relationship.

I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which focuses on understanding how thoughts, emotions and behaviors are interconnected. I work with clients to develop strategies to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their challenges, gain insights into their thoughts and behaviors, and ultimately make positive changes that enhance their overall well-being and quality of life.
