Danielle Vella, BA, Intern

Intern

Hi there! I’m Danielle Vella, an intern currently pursuing my LMHC. I offer therapy services at our Sudbury, MA clinic! Most of my experience is with children and young adults. I served as a resident assistant throughout my undergraduate experience, where I responded to crises and was a resource for many of the students who lived on my floor. I now focus on working with clients of emerging adulthood, but I am happy to work with older clients. My goal is to help you navigate life and the obstacles it throws at you. I have a collaborative approach that focuses on our joint effort to achieve what you are driven to accomplish.

I use psychodynamic, solutions-based, and positive psychology. These techniques help address issues above and below the surface. Together, we can identify where challenges stem from and what your solution looks like. Our space is yours to take up and benefit from. You can share stories and emotions of all kinds as we navigate through growth and discovery.

I believe it is incredibly important to connect and see someone for who they are. So often, people get caught up trying to help that they forget to be present. I want to be someone in your corner to support you and help you realize the potential you withhold. I would love to take the time to get to know you and listen to your story.
