Daneile Tabana, MA, MHC

Mental Health Counselor

Hello! My name is Daneile Tabana, a master’s level clinician working towards licensure at our Foxborough, MA clinic. My experience includes working with people from all ages in school, home, and outpatient settings. I take a person-centered approach that prioritizes your needs, preferences, and unique perspective to offer holistic, individualized care through emphasizing empathy and collaboration. I use a range of therapeutic techniques to explore anxieties, trauma, grief, and any concerns with my clients. In my care, you will be seen, heard, and validated as we process your emotions to inspire positive, effective change.

I use the expressive arts to offer non-verbal ways to process complex emotions, reduce stress, increase awareness and improve well-being through activities like drawing, music, dance and writing. Together, we will work to build resilience, boost self-esteem, and create a safe space for tangible representations of your inner experiences to promote well-being.

Taking the steps to acknowledge and work through your feelings with the help of a professional is admirable and brave. In a time with mental health stigmas, I aim to create a place where you can grow, learn more about yourself and the world, challenge your thoughts, vent, share successes, and move closer to the vision of the person and life that you desire.
