I am a clinician who provides therapy services at our Auburn, MA clinic.
Do you feel stuck? My approach to helping: Choosing to begin therapy and meet a new therapist can be one of the most stressful things a person can do. It is also one of the most courageous! The journey of counseling and therapy is a path of growth. I love working with people who have the courage to engage in therapy and helping them learn, grow, and heal. By becoming more aware of yourself and the people around you, you are able to choose new ways of being and interacting and feel calmer and more content day to day.
It is my belief that while growth can be challenging, it ultimately leads to a more peaceful life.
