Master Social Worker

I am a Social Worker at our Boston – Government Center clinic who provides therapy services.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can relieve stress and develop coping skills to improve their overall quality of life. I have experience working with adults as well as youth as young as age 5, addressing mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and past trauma. Using a strengths-based perspective, I strive to empower clients through empathy and compassion, helping them explore their identities, build self-advocacy, establish healthy boundaries, strengthen communication skills, and support emotional regulation.
I incorporate principles of CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients challenge negative thought patterns, build self-acceptance, and strengthen self-esteem. I also use play therapy and mindfulness-based techniques to reduce stress and foster resilience.
I believe everyone has a story to share, and I am here to listen whenever you are ready. I look forward to working with you and supporting you in building self-understanding, encouraging personal growth, and developing the skills to navigate life’s challenges.
