I am a LADC I with extensive experience in mental health and addictions. I have worked with individuals and groups in inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization settings, supporting people through addiction, depression, and anxiety. My strength-based approach often incorporates expressive therapies, using creativity and personal resources for healing. I work with clients of all ages and tailor care to each person. Therapy is collaborative—we will work, learn, and grow together. My goal is to empower you, build on your skills, and help you create meaningful change.

I specialize in supporting individuals and families with addiction, depression, and anxiety. My strength-based, collaborative approach emphasizes psychoeducation—I learn alongside clients while building skills together. I integrate CBT, DBT, and expressive therapies to foster coping, creativity, and growth for clients of all ages.
