Master of Social Work
[They/She]
Hi, I’m Amanda, an MSW graduate with experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I offer therapy services at our Beverly, MA clinic!
I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, geriatrics, couples, and families across outpatient, community, and inpatient settings. My approach integrates getting to know you as a person with TF-CBT, DBT, IFS, FST, somatic practices, and mindfulness. This blended approach focuses on collaboration, compassion, and authenticity, driven by clients at an individual level. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can get to know yourself, heal, grow, and move toward the life you want.
Using compassionate language, somatic practices, and evidence-based therapy that support healing, balance, and lasting growth, I support clients in what feels best for them. I utilize a mix of harm reduction strategies, crisis intervention, safety planning, somatic practices, mindfulness, parts work, and self-exploration to reach goals we choose together.
I know reaching out for help takes courage, and I’m honored to be part of that step. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported by highlighting your strengths as we work toward changes you want to see, together. I look forward to walking with you on your journey to healing and growth.
