Alexandra Dolgun, M.Sc. Clinical Psychology, MFT

As a therapist, I am here to support people who are struggling with a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. They may be dealing with overwhelming emotions, navigating significant life transitions, or facing unresolved conflicts that impact their current well-being. I am happy to work with those who are seeking support to improve their mental health, find emotional balance and gain clarity, enhance their relationships, find fulfillment and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families, offering support through evidence-based therapeutic approaches like psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and mindfulness techniques. For individuals, I provide tools to manage emotions, address trauma, and build resilience. With couples and families, I help facilitate open communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to explore the challenges you’re facing and create meaningful change.

I want you to know that therapy is a collaborative journey. I deeply value the courage it takes to seek support, and I’m here to walk alongside you in whatever you’re facing. My approach is empathetic, patient, and tailored to your unique situation. Whether you’re dealing with personal struggles or working to improve relationships with loved ones, I’m here to offer guidance, insight, and a safe space for you to grow. If you’re ready to take the next step, I encourage you to reach out so we can begin this journey together.
