Marriage and Family Therapist

Hi! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist available to see clients residing in MA and RI via Telehealth with a focus on helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful change in their lives. My approach draws from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method, allowing me to address issues such as relationship dynamics, anxiety, stress, and disordered eating. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I also specialize in supporting those struggling with eating disorders.

I take a strengths-based, solution-focused approach, believing in the power of collaboration to help clients unlock their inner resources. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to work through personal and relational challenges.

In addition to my clinical work, I serve as Adjunct Faculty at URI and JWU and provide clinical supervision to early-career therapists.

I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Neuroscience and my Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Rhode Island. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, kayaking, hiking, and spending time with friends.
