Additionally, I offer empowerment and substance abuse counseling, and work on improving communication issues. I provide services both in office and virtually.
In therapy, I can support clients by teaching positive coping strategies and helping to improve their self-esteem and confidence. I assist clients in setting life goals and focus on empowerment throughout our sessions. I address issues like substance abuse by advocating for the clients’ needs and providing support for their loved ones. Additionally, I work to improve communication issues and utilize therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also engage in positive role modeling and employ solution-focused therapy to guide clients towards achieving their desired outcomes.
I want my clients to know that I am patient, supportive, empathetic, and compassionate, always ready to meet them where they are. My goal is to help individuals build strong relationships and feel confident in who they are, guiding them to see their full potential. With experience working with clients of all ages, I bring a straightforward approach to our sessions. Additionally, I’m an animal lover, an avid reader, and a music enthusiast, which enriches my perspective and approach to therapy.
