Tali Rojem, LICSW

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work

I am a Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) at our Lawrence Clinic providing individual and family therapy. I work with children, transitional-aged youth, and adults.

My background includes direct therapy, case management, and crisis intervention across inpatient psychiatric, residential, outpatient, in-home therapy, and school settings. I specialize in developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, high-intensity behaviors, psychosis-spectrum disorders, neurodiversity, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and co-occurring conditions. I have a passion for working with parents who are experiencing high-stress or burn out, particularly surrounding managing their children’s mental health and behavioral needs. I also have a background working with parents and families who have a loved one that has experienced an early episode of psychosis.
I firmly believe that every situation is unique and work with each person or family to collaboratively develop treatment plans that meet individualized needs, strengths, and preferences. I draw from a variety of approaches, including play-based and art-based interventions, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Treatment.
With a warm, practical, and deeply supportive approach grounded in strengths-based and trauma-informed care, I aim to help every person feel truly seen and empowered. I look forward to getting to know you and creating a safe space where you can feel supported on your journey.
