Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hi! My name is Susan Richardson, and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts. I have worked in the city of Worcester, MA with adults diagnosed with mental health, as well as dialysis diagnosed adults recovering from mental health and addiction. I have worked on an in-patient, as well as outpatient basis, and have focused on guiding and supporting clients in reaching the goals each has identified in therapy through a strengths- based, personal-centered approach towards health and wellness.

Together, we will create a safe non-judgmental space where you may explore not only your anxiety, worries, and fears, but also your healthy coping skills to better manage strong emotions when feeling overwhelmed.

I believe people who choose to get involved in therapy are making a positive step towards making life stressors more emotionally manageable. It is not easy to share personal experiences and vulnerabilities, and I would be honored to be your guide through your journey towards wellness.
