Master of Social Work

Hello! I’m Sophanna, a Master of Social Work (MSW) clinician at our Lowell clinic dedicated to providing a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for adolescents and adults. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach and incorporate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. I enjoy supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, relationship concerns, and trauma. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful growth and lasting well-being.

I believe every person has unique strengths and resilience. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop healthy coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. I tailor treatment to your individual needs, creating a collaborative and compassionate environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I strive to build a trusting relationship where you feel safe sharing your experiences without judgment. Whether you’re navigating a difficult time or seeking personal growth, I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and wellness.
